Barangay Jose Abad Santos

Barangay Jose Abad Santos is a very small barangay in the municipality of Bobon, located in the province of Northern Samar, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Jose Abad Santos had a population of 374. This made it the 18th largest of 18 barangays in Bobon by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Jose Abad Santos accounted for approximately 1.44% of the total population of Bobon, which stood at 25,964 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Jose Abad Santos moving from 495 residents to 374 residents, an intercensal change of -24.4%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
