Barangay Cambaog

Classified as a large barangay, Barangay Cambaog is one of the administrative divisions of Bustos in Bulacan, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Cambaog had a population of 6,600. This made it the 5th largest of 14 barangays in Bustos by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Cambaog accounted for approximately 8.55% of the total population of Bustos, which stood at 77,199 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Cambaog changed from 6,242 to 6,600, a shift of +5.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Bustos. Barangay Cambaog is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Bustos is a municipality comprising 14 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Cambaog, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Bulacan, which contains 569 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Cambaog ranks 173rd by 2020 population.
