Barangay Liciada

Situated in Bustos, Bulacan, Barangay Liciada is one of 14 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Liciada had a population of 6,138. This made it the 8th largest of 14 barangays in Bustos by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Liciada accounted for approximately 7.95% of the total population of Bustos, which stood at 77,199 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Liciada changed from 5,017 to 6,138, a shift of +22.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Bustos. Barangay Liciada is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Bustos is a municipality comprising 14 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Liciada, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
