Barangay Dibay

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Dibay is one of the administrative divisions of Calayan in Cagayan, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Dibay had a population of 1,659. This made it the 6th largest of 12 barangays in Calayan by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Dibay accounted for approximately 9.53% of the total population of Calayan, which stood at 17,410 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Dibay moving from 1,854 residents to 1,659 residents, an intercensal change of -10.5%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community.
