Barangay Inalmasinan

Situated in Caramoran, Catanduanes, Barangay Inalmasinan is one of 27 barangays that make up the municipality within Bicol Region.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Inalmasinan had a population of 797. This made it the 16th largest of 27 barangays in Caramoran by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Inalmasinan accounted for approximately 2.48% of the total population of Caramoran, which stood at 32,114 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 709 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 797 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +12.4%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Inalmasinan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Caramoran is a municipality comprising 27 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Inalmasinan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Catanduanes, which contains 315 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Inalmasinan ranks 130th by 2020 population.
