Barangay Tubod

Situated in Carmen, Davao Del Norte, Barangay Tubod is one of 20 barangays that make up the municipality within Davao Region.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tubod had a population of 10,631. This made it the 2nd largest of 20 barangays in Carmen by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tubod accounted for approximately 12.96% of the total population of Carmen, which stood at 82,018 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tubod moving from 8,944 residents to 10,631 residents, an intercensal change of +18.9%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tubod as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
