Barangay Poblacion

Classified as a large barangay, Barangay Poblacion is one of the administrative divisions of City of Biñan in Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Poblacion had a population of 5,012. This made it the 22nd largest of 24 barangays in City of Biñan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Poblacion accounted for approximately 1.23% of the total population of City of Biñan, which stood at 407,437 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Poblacion changed from 2,965 to 5,012, a shift of +69.0% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Biñan. Barangay Poblacion is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
