Barangay 5 Pob. is a small barangay in the City of Cadiz, located in the province of Negros Occidental, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay 5 Pob. had a population of 779. This made it the 22nd largest of 22 barangays in City of Cadiz by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay 5 Pob. accounted for approximately 0.49% of the total population of City of Cadiz, which stood at 158,544 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 1,028 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 779 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -24.2%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay 5 Pob. is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Cadiz is a city comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay 5 Pob., including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
