Barangay Caduha-an

Barangay Caduha-an forms part of City of Cadiz, a city in Negros Occidental, and is classified as a large barangay.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Caduha-an had a population of 10,269. This made it the 4th largest of 22 barangays in City of Cadiz by population, placing it in the upper half of the city. Residents of Barangay Caduha-an accounted for approximately 6.48% of the total population of City of Cadiz, which stood at 158,544 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 10,149 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 10,269 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +1.2%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. Barangay Caduha-an is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Cadiz is a city comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Caduha-an, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Negros Occidental, which contains 662 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Caduha-an ranks 45th by 2020 population.
