Barangay Sindaton

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Sindaton is one of the administrative divisions of City of Panabo in Davao Del Norte, Davao Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Sindaton had a population of 4,312. This made it the 14th largest of 40 barangays in City of Panabo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Sindaton accounted for approximately 2.06% of the total population of City of Panabo, which stood at 209,230 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Sindaton moving from 3,396 residents to 4,312 residents, an intercensal change of +27.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Sindaton as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Panabo is a city comprising 40 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Sindaton, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
