Barangay Tibungol

Barangay Tibungol is a mid-sized barangay in the City of Panabo, located in the province of Davao Del Norte, in the Davao Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Tibungol had a population of 2,037. This made it the 28th largest of 40 barangays in City of Panabo by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Tibungol accounted for approximately 0.97% of the total population of City of Panabo, which stood at 209,230 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tibungol moving from 1,664 residents to 2,037 residents, an intercensal change of +22.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Tibungol is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
