Barangay Salinap

Barangay Salinap is a mid-sized barangay in the city of City of San Carlos, located in the province of Pangasinan, in the Ilocos Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Salinap had a population of 2,670. This made it the 31st largest of 86 barangays in City of San Carlos by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Salinap accounted for approximately 1.30% of the total population of City of San Carlos, which stood at 205,424 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Salinap moving from 2,471 residents to 2,670 residents, an intercensal change of +8.1%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
