Barangay Telabastagan

Classified as a very large barangay, Barangay Telabastagan is one of the administrative divisions of City of San Fernando in Pampanga, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Telabastagan had a population of 15,618. This made it the 6th largest of 35 barangays in City of San Fernando by population, placing it in the upper half of the city. Residents of Barangay Telabastagan accounted for approximately 4.40% of the total population of City of San Fernando, which stood at 354,666 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 13,009 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 15,618 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +20.1%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Telabastagan is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of San Fernando is a city comprising 35 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Telabastagan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
