Barangay Camp IV

Barangay Camp IV is a mid-sized barangay in the city of City of Talisay, located in the province of Cebu, in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Camp IV had a population of 3,878. This made it the 20th largest of 22 barangays in City of Talisay by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Camp IV accounted for approximately 1.47% of the total population of City of Talisay, which stood at 263,048 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Camp IV changed from 3,305 to 3,878, a shift of +17.3% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in City of Talisay. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Camp IV as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

City of Talisay is a city comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Camp IV, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Cebu, which contains 1,203 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Camp IV ranks 247th by 2020 population.
