Barangay San Vicente

Classified as a very large barangay, Barangay San Vicente is one of the administrative divisions of City of Tarlac in Tarlac, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Vicente had a population of 18,105. This made it the 3rd largest of 76 barangays in City of Tarlac by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay San Vicente accounted for approximately 4.70% of the total population of City of Tarlac, which stood at 385,398 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 19,040 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 18,105 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -4.9%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay San Vicente is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Tarlac is a city comprising 76 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Vicente, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
