Situated in City of Trece Martires, Cavite, Barangay Cabezas is one of 13 barangays that make up the city within CALABARZON.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Cabezas had a population of 7,363. This made it the 11th largest of 13 barangays in City of Trece Martires by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Cabezas accounted for approximately 3.50% of the total population of City of Trece Martires, which stood at 210,503 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 6,301 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 7,363 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +16.9%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Cabezas is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Trece Martires is a city comprising 13 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Cabezas, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Cavite, which contains 829 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Cabezas ranks 138th by 2020 population.
