Barangay Conchu forms part of City of Trece Martires, a city in Cavite, and is classified as a large barangay.

This made it the 8th largest of 13 barangays in City of Trece Martires by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city. Residents of Barangay Conchu accounted for approximately 4.44% of the total population of City of Trece Martires, which stood at 210,503 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Conchu moving from 6,752 residents to 9,341 residents, an intercensal change of +38.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Conchu as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

City of Trece Martires is a city comprising 13 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Conchu, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
