Barangay Perez

Barangay Perez is a mega-barangay in the City of Trece Martires, located in the province of Cavite, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Perez had a population of 42,606. This made it the 1st largest of 13 barangays in City of Trece Martires by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the city. Residents of Barangay Perez accounted for approximately 20.24% of the total population of City of Trece Martires, which stood at 210,503 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Perez moving from 24,426 residents to 42,606 residents, an intercensal change of +74.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Perez is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
