Barangay Bontud

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Bontud is one of the administrative divisions of Clarin in Bohol, Central Visayas, Philippines.

This made it the 16th largest of 24 barangays in Clarin by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bontud accounted for approximately 3.02% of the total population of Clarin, which stood at 21,158 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Bontud moving from 497 residents to 639 residents, an intercensal change of +28.6%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
