Situated in Claveria, Masbate, Barangay Quezon is one of 22 barangays that make up the municipality within Bicol Region.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Quezon had a population of 1,482. This made it the 14th largest of 22 barangays in Claveria by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Quezon accounted for approximately 3.52% of the total population of Claveria, which stood at 42,142 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Quezon moving from 1,575 residents to 1,482 residents, an intercensal change of -5.9%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. Barangay Quezon is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Claveria is a municipality comprising 22 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Quezon, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
