Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Bacsay Mapulapula is one of the administrative divisions of Claveria in Cagayan, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.

This made it the 24th largest of 41 barangays in Claveria by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality.
