Barangay Lomoyon

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Lomoyon is one of the administrative divisions of Columbio in Sultan Kudarat, SOCCSKSARGEN, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Lomoyon had a population of 2,067. This made it the 5th largest of 16 barangays in Columbio by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lomoyon accounted for approximately 6.17% of the total population of Columbio, which stood at 33,527 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Lomoyon moving from 2,133 residents to 2,067 residents, an intercensal change of -3.1%. The trajectory indicates a contracting community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Lomoyon as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
