Barangay Talimunduc San Miguel is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Concepcion, located in the province of Tarlac, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Talimunduc San Miguel had a population of 2,565. This made it the 29th largest of 45 barangays in Concepcion by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Talimunduc San Miguel accounted for approximately 1.51% of the total population of Concepcion, which stood at 169,953 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,624 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 2,565 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -2.2%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Talimunduc San Miguel as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
