Barangay Telabanca

Situated in Concepcion, Tarlac, Barangay Telabanca is one of 45 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Telabanca had a population of 208. This made it the 45th largest of 45 barangays in Concepcion by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Telabanca accounted for approximately 0.12% of the total population of Concepcion, which stood at 169,953 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 95 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 208 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +118.9%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Telabanca is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Concepcion is a municipality comprising 45 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Telabanca, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Tarlac, which contains 511 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Telabanca ranks 510th by 2020 population.
