Barangay Lobogon

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Lobogon is one of the administrative divisions of Del Carmen in Surigao Del Norte, Caraga, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Lobogon had a population of 927. This made it the 9th largest of 20 barangays in Del Carmen by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Lobogon accounted for approximately 4.61% of the total population of Del Carmen, which stood at 20,127 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Lobogon moving from 584 residents to 927 residents, an intercensal change of +58.7%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Lobogon is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
