Barangay Bonifacio (Pob.)

Barangay Bonifacio (Pob.) is a very small barangay in the municipality of Dinalupihan, located in the province of Bataan, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Bonifacio (Pob.) had a population of 366. This made it the 38th largest of 46 barangays in Dinalupihan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bonifacio (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.31% of the total population of Dinalupihan, which stood at 118,209 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 488 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 366 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -25.0%, consistent with a contracting settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Bonifacio (Pob.) as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Dinalupihan is a municipality comprising 46 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Bonifacio (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
