Barangay Del Pilar (Pob.)

Barangay Del Pilar (Pob.) is a very small barangay in the municipality of Dinalupihan, located in the province of Bataan, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Del Pilar (Pob.) had a population of 265. This made it the 43rd largest of 46 barangays in Dinalupihan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Del Pilar (Pob.) accounted for approximately 0.22% of the total population of Dinalupihan, which stood at 118,209 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 291 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 265 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of -8.9%, consistent with a contracting settlement. Barangay Del Pilar (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Dinalupihan is a municipality comprising 46 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Del Pilar (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
