Barangay Camachile

Barangay Camachile is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Doña Remedios Trinidad, located in the province of Bulacan, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Camachile had a population of 4,611. This made it the 2nd largest of 8 barangays in Doña Remedios Trinidad by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Camachile accounted for approximately 16.09% of the total population of Doña Remedios Trinidad, which stood at 28,656 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 4,166 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 4,611 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +10.7%, consistent with a growing settlement. Barangay Camachile is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
