Barangay Sapang Bulak

Barangay Sapang Bulak is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Doña Remedios Trinidad, located in the province of Bulacan, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Sapang Bulak had a population of 3,810. This made it the 3rd largest of 8 barangays in Doña Remedios Trinidad by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Sapang Bulak accounted for approximately 13.30% of the total population of Doña Remedios Trinidad, which stood at 28,656 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 2,620 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 3,810 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +45.4%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Sapang Bulak as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
