Barangay San Vicente

Barangay San Vicente is a small barangay in the municipality of Dulag, located in the province of Leyte, in the Eastern Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Vicente had a population of 1,039. This made it the 17th largest of 45 barangays in Dulag by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Vicente accounted for approximately 2.12% of the total population of Dulag, which stood at 48,992 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay San Vicente moving from 858 residents to 1,039 residents, an intercensal change of +21.1%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay San Vicente is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
