Barangay Serrano (Pob.)

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Serrano (Pob.) is one of the administrative divisions of Dulag in Leyte, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Serrano (Pob.) had a population of 511. This made it the 38th largest of 45 barangays in Dulag by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Serrano (Pob.) accounted for approximately 1.04% of the total population of Dulag, which stood at 48,992 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Serrano (Pob.) changed from 525 to 511, a shift of -2.7% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with contracting populations in Dulag. Barangay Serrano (Pob.) is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Dulag is a municipality comprising 45 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Serrano (Pob.), including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
