Barangay Concepcion

Barangay Concepcion is a small barangay in the municipality of Dumalag, located in the province of Capiz, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Concepcion had a population of 1,457. This made it the 11th largest of 19 barangays in Dumalag by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Concepcion accounted for approximately 4.84% of the total population of Dumalag, which stood at 30,098 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Concepcion moving from 1,427 residents to 1,457 residents, an intercensal change of +2.1%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
