Situated in Ginatilan, Cebu, Barangay Campisong is one of 14 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Visayas.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Campisong had a population of 457. This made it the 14th largest of 14 barangays in Ginatilan by population, placing it among the smaller barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Campisong accounted for approximately 2.70% of the total population of Ginatilan, which stood at 16,906 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Campisong changed from 443 to 457, a shift of +3.2% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Ginatilan. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Campisong as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
