Barangay Santa Ursula

Barangay Santa Ursula is a large barangay in the municipality of Guagua, located in the province of Pampanga, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Santa Ursula had a population of 6,014. This made it the 7th largest of 31 barangays in Guagua by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Santa Ursula accounted for approximately 4.67% of the total population of Guagua, which stood at 128,893 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 5,961 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 6,014 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +0.9%, consistent with a slowly expanding settlement. Barangay Santa Ursula is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.

Guagua is a municipality comprising 31 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Santa Ursula, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration. Within the wider province of Pampanga, which contains 538 barangays across its component cities and municipalities, Barangay Santa Ursula ranks 104th by 2020 population.
