Barangay Baras

Barangay Baras is a small barangay in the municipality of Guimbal, located in the province of Iloilo, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Baras had a population of 1,252. This made it the 12th largest of 33 barangays in Guimbal by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Baras accounted for approximately 3.57% of the total population of Guimbal, which stood at 35,022 in the same census year.
