Barangay Iba

Barangay Iba is a large barangay in the municipality of Hagonoy, located in the province of Bulacan, in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Iba had a population of 6,466. This made it the 8th largest of 26 barangays in Hagonoy by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Iba accounted for approximately 4.85% of the total population of Hagonoy, which stood at 133,448 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Iba moving from 5,321 residents to 6,466 residents, an intercensal change of +21.5%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. Barangay Iba is officially classified as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
