According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Dinahican had a population of 11,994. This made it the 1st largest of 36 barangays in Infanta by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Dinahican accounted for approximately 15.74% of the total population of Infanta, which stood at 76,186 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 11,023 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 11,994 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +8.8%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Dinahican as urban, reflecting the density and built-up character of the area.
