Barangay San Isidro is a mid-sized barangay in the city of Island Garden City of Samal, located in the province of Davao Del Norte, in the Davao Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay San Isidro had a population of 2,517. This made it the 18th largest of 46 barangays in Island Garden City of Samal by population, placing it in the middle tier of the city.
