Barangay Pansud

Situated in Lebak, Sultan Kudarat, Barangay Pansud is one of 27 barangays that make up the municipality within SOCCSKSARGEN.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Pansud had a population of 2,779. This made it the 19th largest of 27 barangays in Lebak by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pansud accounted for approximately 3.04% of the total population of Lebak, which stood at 91,344 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Pansud moving from 2,665 residents to 2,779 residents, an intercensal change of +4.3%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Pansud as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
