Barangay Mansabay Bajo

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Mansabay Bajo is one of the administrative divisions of Lopez Jaena in Misamis Occidental, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Mansabay Bajo had a population of 2,185. This made it the 3rd largest of 28 barangays in Lopez Jaena by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Mansabay Bajo accounted for approximately 8.57% of the total population of Lopez Jaena, which stood at 25,507 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Mansabay Bajo moving from 2,152 residents to 2,185 residents, an intercensal change of +1.5%. The trajectory indicates a slowly expanding community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Mansabay Bajo as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
