Situated in Lubao, Pampanga, Barangay San Isidro is one of 44 barangays that make up the municipality within Central Luzon.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Isidro had a population of 4,197. This made it the 17th largest of 44 barangays in Lubao by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Isidro accounted for approximately 2.42% of the total population of Lubao, which stood at 173,502 in the same census year.

The barangay recorded 3,289 residents in the 2015 intercensal count and 4,197 residents in the 2020 Census — a net change of +27.6%, consistent with a growing settlement. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay San Isidro as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Lubao is a municipality comprising 44 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay San Isidro, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
