Barangay J. U. Tienzo

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay J. U. Tienzo is one of the administrative divisions of Lupao in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay J. U. Tienzo had a population of 1,817. This made it the 10th largest of 24 barangays in Lupao by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay J. U. Tienzo accounted for approximately 3.96% of the total population of Lupao, which stood at 45,917 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay J. U. Tienzo changed from 1,640 to 1,817, a shift of +10.8% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Lupao. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay J. U. Tienzo as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
