Barangay Napolidan

Barangay Napolidan is a small barangay in the municipality of Lupi, located in the province of Camarines Sur, in the Bicol Region region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Napolidan had a population of 917. This made it the 13th largest of 38 barangays in Lupi by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Napolidan accounted for approximately 2.71% of the total population of Lupi, which stood at 33,897 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Napolidan changed from 894 to 917, a shift of +2.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Lupi. Barangay Napolidan is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.

Lupi is a municipality comprising 38 barangays, and serves as the governing unit directly responsible for local services in Barangay Napolidan, including public health, sanitation, peace and order, and civil registration.
