Barangay Tampayan

Classified as a mid-sized barangay, Barangay Tampayan is one of the administrative divisions of Magdiwang in Romblon, MIMAROPA Region, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Tampayan had a population of 3,254. This made it the 1st largest of 9 barangays in Magdiwang by population, placing it among the most populous barangays of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tampayan accounted for approximately 21.15% of the total population of Magdiwang, which stood at 15,385 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Tampayan changed from 2,944 to 3,254, a shift of +10.5% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Magdiwang.
