Barangay Tombador

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Tombador is one of the administrative divisions of Magsaysay in Lanao Del Norte, Northern Mindanao, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Tombador had a population of 516. This made it the 17th largest of 24 barangays in Magsaysay by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Tombador accounted for approximately 2.52% of the total population of Magsaysay, which stood at 20,463 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Tombador moving from 485 residents to 516 residents, an intercensal change of +6.4%. The trajectory indicates a growing community. The Philippine Statistics Authority classifies Barangay Tombador as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
