Barangay Centro I (Pob.)

Barangay Centro I (Pob.) is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Mallig, located in the province of Isabela, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay Centro I (Pob.) had a population of 2,120. This made it the 7th largest of 18 barangays in Mallig by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Centro I (Pob.) accounted for approximately 6.58% of the total population of Mallig, which stood at 32,208 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Centro I (Pob.) moving from 2,015 residents to 2,120 residents, an intercensal change of +5.2%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
