Barangay San Juan

Barangay San Juan is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Malvar, located in the province of Batangas, in the CALABARZON region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay San Juan had a population of 3,065. This made it the 10th largest of 15 barangays in Malvar by population, placing it in the middle tier of the municipality. Residents of Barangay San Juan accounted for approximately 4.76% of the total population of Malvar, which stood at 64,379 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay San Juan moving from 3,069 residents to 3,065 residents, an intercensal change of -0.1%. The trajectory indicates a broadly stable community.
