Barangay Bato Bato

Barangay Bato Bato is a mid-sized barangay in the municipality of Mambusao, located in the province of Capiz, in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Bato Bato had a population of 2,205. This made it the 6th largest of 26 barangays in Mambusao by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Bato Bato accounted for approximately 5.42% of the total population of Mambusao, which stood at 40,690 in the same census year.

Between the 2015 and 2020 censuses, the population of Barangay Bato Bato changed from 2,129 to 2,205, a shift of +3.6% over the five-year period. This places the barangay among those with growing populations in Mambusao. Barangay Bato Bato is officially classified as rural, a designation applied to barangays with lower population density and predominantly non-built-up land use.
