Barangay New Taokanga

Barangay New Taokanga forms part of Manay, a municipality in Davao Oriental, and is classified as a mid-sized barangay.

According to the 2020 Census of Population and Housing conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority, Barangay New Taokanga had a population of 2,955. This made it the 5th largest of 17 barangays in Manay by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay New Taokanga accounted for approximately 7.47% of the total population of Manay, which stood at 39,572 in the same census year.
