Barangay Pinalanga

Classified as a small barangay, Barangay Pinalanga is one of the administrative divisions of Marabut in Samar, Eastern Visayas, Philippines.

According to the 2020 Philippine census, Barangay Pinalanga had a population of 953. This made it the 7th largest of 24 barangays in Marabut by population, placing it in the upper half of the municipality. Residents of Barangay Pinalanga accounted for approximately 5.34% of the total population of Marabut, which stood at 17,842 in the same census year.

Census comparisons between 2015 and 2020 show Barangay Pinalanga moving from 866 residents to 953 residents, an intercensal change of +10.0%. The trajectory indicates a growing community.
